When can I expect my order ?
Once an order is placed, we will send within 1-2 working days and once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details from us to follow the parcel on its journey.

How do I return my order ?
Simply complete the provided Invoice/Returns Form stating the reason for the return and enclose within your package.
Can I change my order ?
If you've already placed an order, we aren't able to make changes, but please send us an email to email@example.com and we'll help where possible.
How can I track my item ?
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I have to pay for customs & duties ?
We ship from UK, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Leol is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
